Our Story

The Saint Flavor Adventure

Chef Alessandra has been crafting unforgettable culinary experiences for over 20 years, bringing authentic Brazilian flavors and international cuisine to Northeast Florida.

Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, she and her husband successfully ran a Tex-Mex restaurant for many years while also catering and organizing party events across Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra Beach, and St. Augustine. Her passion for food and dedication to creating unique experiences now inspire every event we serve—from intimate dinner parties to large-scale weddings and corporate functions.
